is Property Maintenance. We specialise in carrying out general
repairs and upgrading works on Public, Private and Commercial
properties throughout the Borders. We can supply an 'All
Trades' service if required. We carry full Public Liability
Insurance and use only Time-Served Tradesmen and bona-fide
Sub-Contractors. 30 years of experience in this sector of the
Construction Industry ensures a First Class Service to all our
Customers. We are associated with
Lowland
Timber Preservation Ltd. and can supply a complete
service for the eradication of Woodworm, Damp, Dry Rot and Wet Rot.
We currently carry
out maintenance works on properties owned by Scottish Borders Council,
Eildon Housing, Scottish Enterprise, Colliers CRE, Trust Housing Association,
Abbeyfield Society, Hanover Housing Association, as well as many properties handled
by letting agencies such as CKD Galbraith and Cullen Kilshaw.
We supply a complete
service to private landlords and can assist in all aspects
of HMO compliance. |
